We attended a child birthing class here. The facility itself is quite nice. Board rooms are large and filled with many seats. The washrooms are clean. And there are a lot of food options nearby for your lunch break.

My company held a meeting here with about 40 people in the large meeting room. Maybe I’m more particular but as nice as the place is, there are enough minor negatives that I dropped a star. The place is in need of some updates. From the chairs to the ceiling tiles to the lamp in the projector, the place seemed tired. There isn’t much parking for a large group - there are multiple other businesses in the same building sharing the lot. The washroom was a bit cramped. But all little things. We had a good meeting and the place was clean. The receptionist was friendly and I believe our group had no complaints. No idea what their rates are but if they’re reasonable this seems like a decent option for an off site meeting space.

Great place for a business of any size to grow! The staff and tenants are wonderful people - real family feeling in this building. Tim is one of those people who will go above and beyond to help anyone in need. I did my placement here while attending Durham College and was welcomed in with open arms. It lead to a great job afterwards and I have also had the pleasure of seeing more students complete their placement here and get hired as they finish up. Such a supportive place for our community!

Staffs of DCC are friendly and accomodating. They listen and offer you packages or plans good for your budget and preference. The office is just located along Consumers Dr. and close to Durham Municipal Hall. They are practicing Covid-19 safety precautions. I enjoyed my tour. Thank you
